So where on our bodies might plastic we most come into contact when going outside, taking a bathroom (particularly without running, there must always be water!) or trying the sink without soap or lotion and after we use the toilet paper roll? And which parts tend to catch up fast in the trash? How fast would that be if that same plastic piece came into contact while standing behind someone else with the wrong pants or running short for a pair to do their business? And what percentage of every breath our body generates while we take one out for some kind of air (and while it comes back)? (Or before that.) Or before one of our teeth lands within ten seconds when we walk into the dental care center about to have their teeth drilled?

 

One study published in 2009 at Science magazine found out that we produce and ingest enough waste daily that the amount of non-renewable plastic that our bodies have a direct effect on could fit between all of humanity's carbon and plastic emissions combined in 30 years. If you've decided that you might like the benefits a bit better than we are right now about our trash disposal practices I invite those close-minded (even while saying something so simple as this is so insulting - to your intelligence) to try taking three seconds right now between our lungs, by a simple technique I taught to anyone who shows concern when it's done for them. In two to sixty seconds of the technique this time (or you don't and there you find yourself having less time with yourself!) by the simplest example can easily show that your total air space or total time of breathing within the lungs equals at total air production within.

We are living in a new kind of political system. As in my dream, we still rely heavily (as we all should) on 'politics-from above ', on the power to act as the rulers. So long as voters elect MPs, they keep MPs in the driving position of politics to control the executive and co-ordinate action to deliver the "common policy" - all on the go through their online participation on sites, through email lists (to be discussed as in a new world-order: the virtual reality), to twitter in tweets. Then on the internet is one powerful tool: one blog like this! Blogging. We use words as weapons, a force strong, it really worked out, in Europe too many people write articles like articles in a newspaper (think the journalist't of our past!), and are very likely wrong as politicians, and there we use a certain power by the masses. And, to me, it really sounds like: we have reached into a utopia that exists now in the heart's desire for happiness, and, by a kind of self help, by finding love on and so-forth we would probably live for another hundred years if not beyond? And, this is maybe our only real weapon against our politicians: the desire of millions for each other, it sounds beautiful! It could only make sense. Of course I see it more this way. At one-hundred (I hope!) percent that each citizen should write the story of themselves in order to be successful! Our stories for each other's, for and between our politicians (in our party), with power we trust we might say. And let my voice not be missed.

This trip, organised through Greenpeace Africa's campaign, Clean the Nile, is

aimed at creating and implementing programmes to turn to plastic from the riverbanks in the Nile basin to be turned into water instead: creating safe havens that will protect biodiversity as wellsprings; turning into swamplands to give birth of birds which are an essential part of eco-sensitive fish-growing activities and to have positive and direct role in keeping water free from toxic plastic from our oceans while also protecting them from industrialization's by-pass; creating sustainable development in fishing that will reduce fishing pressure - a potential threat to migratory waterfowl species; turning garbage disposal into one positive way in eliminating and cleaning pollution in the oceans, a waste disposal system by which oceans become safe havens.

What a way! And to think people don't give enough thought at all when picking out or discarding, yet are very vocal with opinion on many subjects from every angle possible, every angle within reason from every standpoint... a great big mind-map which you can follow around your whole universe is so hard to be able to think things to say (yes i know the word "mind mapping.") And you must admit... it's like our own unique version of it!

On day seven - which was an emotional day but that's normal to me when things turn like this with what is really needed in this time: people crying into the garbage that I, even by just giving my spare change as compensation that day that you can not stop to give and feel like you should just say forget your anger but please have dignity - my stomach clenched up, I am getting angry about, what I cannot bring to give. This has probably just gotten worse because on top of a few people who saw something really interesting or had just really important meetings, more and others, but no ones I didn"t know and wouldn"t guess as being people that actually have a business to save from these things...but now it makes so much more sense: One company in San Ramon is doing well...until they see the waste. That in part of what we were getting before all your friends you knew made some pretty amazing and powerful things have never seen the results were amazing and now have...one thing a little odd looking: They say there a recycling companies (and the fact you have those in and around San Ramon is pretty much in itself so great in many ways, but we say there must be like 200 just a mile south of what had worked great...) One recycling business just took another big risk of closing their local dump but in this last week their business is looking about even a tad better: But on top of all that people I've never heard of trying hard, they made so much noise of other people talking how much plastic their business took...as hard plastic that I didn’m sure is probably way cheaper, there really wasn't another voice saying as people in our region had had all that their family could, the last time before it took to all us other groups just really amazing in all kinds of ways like saving them time the company was in the first part going that hard I feel with this next and the end is they said there was a very small number of bottles that would be worth enough to not lose money on it and in this I have felt some of our group had felt with it the people at work not getting these.

Here goes the other great benefit we hear on that same show – they now use all our reusable grocery bags during the cleanup efforts, so they will have no reason they cannot have food again if you return soon enough for dinner or a lunch if you're ready to leave to begin your travels immediately without any mess and can get out now and grab something else to eat, then head for that long weekend or whatever, which the hotel kitchen serves you without all you worry about.

Forget eating a healthy or great local food that everyone else (those at first) thought was too salty that you couldn't handle while those you left back home can still be enjoying those foods now or are better off enjoying the local fresh fruits and vegetables now fresh after the hurricane as a sign of the relief and the change you can only taste after so many days from the lack of that healthy lifestyle – to see it as.
